Engineer Chen
★ Personal expertise: rotor blade assembly, repair; three technologies of rotor blade manufacture as paste by hands, vacuum-injection, presoak.
Engineer Chen once went to Spain to take training course of the blade manufacture and maintenance for a period of one and a half years and mastered the technologies of vacuum-injection, presoak and paste by hands. Engineer Chen has the experiences of developing process flow quality standards of the blade’s trial-manufacture and GL certifications in some known enterprises at home and abroad, such as Gemeisa and Mingyang. Chen once worked for the wind farms in Jilin and Liaoning in the northeast, taking on-the-spot maintenance, and accumulated rich experiences in dealing with the problem on site.
Technician Chen
★ Personal expertise: rotor blade repair, three technologies of rotor blade manufacture as paste by hands, vacuum-injection, presoak.
Technician Chen has received a training course for blade manufacturing principles for a period of one and a half years, and after returning was responsible for the production, maintenance and after-sale of blade. Chen once worked in Gemeisa as a maintenance and repair supervisor, made regular maintenance for a number of wind farms, and proficient in different damage situations on the blade.
Engineer Yang
★ Personal expertise: rotor blade repair, proficient in the technologies of blade shell and wing beam.
Engineer Yang engaged in the wind power industry from 2005, once worked in Gemeisa in charge of quality monitoring of all the processes during the blade manufacturing and all the bad site maintenance, as well as polishing and beam of wing. Yang once went to Faku, Tongyu, Siping, Taonan, Taobei wind farms for the repair work of blade's masterslave edges lightning struck burning crack.
Engineer Ma
★ Personal expertise: blade repair, major in composite material, proficient in the production process of rotor blade, can independently guide blade manufacturing process, can give professional plans for blade maintenance.
Engineer Ma graduated from full-time university, major of composite materials, got an undergraduate degree, and proficient in design and moulding of glass fiber reinforced plastic products, such as paste by hand moulding, RTM moulding, SMC moulding, pultrusion, winding molding, injection molding, and others. Ma has worked in a number of composite products factory as a supervisor, and is good at blade production process. Ma once held the post of process quality supervision engineer in Mingyang blade plant (Tianjin), writing process, developing quality standards, planning quality follow-up card.
